Professional, punctual, possitive outlook, flexible. I do wish that we had walked through the house before we left. I was busy in one area and assumed all rooms were cleared. I went back to the house and found that I had about three car loads of odds and ends that needed to be moved.

We had a wonderful experience. My only suggestion would be in the future to take time (10-15 minutes) at the new house to have the owner say where each of the large furniture items should be placed...this would help be a bit more organized and allow less rearranging later. THANKS -
